How much did you brahs tip your professors when you were in college?

Years later I'm starting to regret not giving more.

I had a female professor. Not sure who tipped her, but she ended up pregnant and quit soon after.

My bad. I gave her more than the tip

So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

This is what I did, and it bugs me that I could've gave more to show appreciation. With how tipping is now in the U.S., with even takeout places asking for tips, I'm guessing students are giving at least 20-25% these days. Maybe current Misc college brahs can confirm.

Depends. Do you want an A or a C?

I am still in touch with some of my college professors today. Maybe I was and am incredibly lucky.

Some parents of students felt the need to, let's put it that way.

I always loved when a book was required for the class and it just happened to be written by the professor. Of course we never used the book, so much wasted money. Especially all the generic classes I had to take just to check boxes on a piece of paper to get my degree. AS in Criminal Justice, had to take an art class, anthropology, anthropology lab, public speaking (actually ended up being useful though)...

Only ones I get being a requirement were english, math, and history; everything else should be degree related.

I do still go to my old college from time to time, the professors I had in the criminal justice program were fantastic, now I do speaking there to people interested in the LEO field.

5% for the Professor's assistant and 10% for the professor

Some professors were greedy though and would punish your grades if you tipped them under 15% personally

True story I once got my C changed to an A because I left my professor a nice note on the last day of class saying it was hard to pay attention to the material sometimes because she was so beautiful. Was true and I would have smashed with the force of a thousand flunkies.

Was so nerve wracking when I would walk up to the professor's desk and hand them the tip with the final paper/exam.
