Going to start lifting again (SRS)

Haven’t lifted seriously in over a month. Mostly just been doing push-ups and crunches to try to maintain a somewhat decent body composition

This happened because I recently got engaged and have been spreading myself too thin to maintain a regular gym routine

Any other miscers who lift?
*Deadlifts pants after taking a chit crew*
*Typos can go fucl themselves crew*
*Nice miscer crew*
*Loves reps, hates negs crew*
*Faps before workout crew*
*12+ hours of sleep crew*
*Faps during workout crew*
*Hates onions crew*
*Faps after workout crew*
*No fap crew*

You stopped lifting because of a woman?

Wait until you get married and have kids. You're going to be one of those obese dads that says "when I was your age I was lifting that". Some advice, don't give an excuse to not hit the gym for 45 minuets a day for 3-4 days a week minimum. There's no way your life is that busy. (Ded fkn Srs)

You got engaged grats to you, but unless you are smashing gf/wife/sloot or at work you should be lifting weights srs.

Why would getting engaged make you not have time to work out? Is your wedding in a month or two?
