Weed is not cool

Somehow the cultural zeitgeist assumed we all support legal weed.

I cannot stand almost any environment where anyone uses weed. I don't like dealing with anyone if they're getting high.

Yeah it's annoying as fuk and I wish everywhere would ban it just to see the potheads rage

It's especially annoying that in NY it's allowed in public places, so you can't even go to a park or some chit with your kids and not smell weed being smoked by the loser crew. Bunch of inconsiderate fuks.

When I lived in Denver CO I felt like I was dealing with retards much of the time, as they were high or suffering the effects of smoking.

I did vote for it to be legal because you shouldn't go to jail for being indulgent. However, weed used regularly turns people into morons and they probably weren't that smart to begin with.

I agree. No one uses b/c it has 'heAlTh BeNefIts' they use it to get high b/c they can't cope with life.

Weed has been legal in this country for years and I've never seen anyone smoking in public and I rarely come across someone who abuses the schit out of it. Like with other substances, those who feel the need to use regularly are using it as a coping strategy. Still, if you lack more adaptive coping strategies, it's probably better to use cannabis and not alcohol. I don't use it myself but I try not to judge. However, people who claim smoking all day every day has absolutely zero negative impact on health are definitely delusional. All things in moderation.

as a first responder.. weed is not good. anyone that says it's good is a fckn retard.

i have seen on more than one occasion where otherwise healthy individuals started using weed at a young age and it opened up a chit down of mental health issues (extreme psychosis, schizo, paranoia, etc) that never went away. this caused them to be on medication indefinitely for their mental health issues, which now causes repeated 9-1-1 calls for mental health reasons (not taking meds) or experimenting/OD on other drugs (********)

it's basically free here and you can grow your own legally and i've witnessed a deterioration of the city as a result
