Is upper body strength the best indicator of a high T level?

You see plenty of wide-hipped *******s & women who can squat and deadlift decent numbers but these low-T soyboys usually struggle to improve their upper body strength.

I'd say yes. My T seems to be much higher when my upper is built.

No. I was the strongest guy in my gym at the time and had 127ng/dl. Most folks you are looking at are newbies and have never had to control their body/muscles before. It takes a long time to learn to control yourself before adding strength.
