Putin to speak at 8pm pacific time

Word is putin will release a pre-recorded video at 8pm pacific time tonight . Rumor is that it will allow votes to be cast about Ukrainian territory becoming russian land and then russia can say they have been invaded and ratchet up the attacks on Ukraine.

Or putin just says we are going in dry. It's been 7 months, he can't be happy with the progress.

A bad putin speech coupled with a 1.00 rate hike tomorrow would be BLOODY for the stock market.
