Classic Tabasco is the greatest hot sauce on earth.

It has stood the test of time. So many fuking hot sauces in the grocery store and some damn good ones too don't get me wrong.

However, nothing will ever match the classic and versatile flavor of McIlhenny Co Avery Island LA Tabasco Brand EST 1868 Pepper Sauce.

Eggs, tacos, burritos, pizza, soups, chilis, burgers, whatever. Tastes fuking amazing on everything.

it's definitely a top hot sauce. you need to try family reserve, it's even better than the original.

I'm a hot sauce freak. I also go through 16oz of cayenne pepper (powder) a month. I spend around $40 a month on hot sauces and I'm too fukin lazy to make my own smdh...

Anyways. Tabasco is actually a great sauce. It got "played out" for me years ago but i should probably get some at the store next time. I'm usually anti commercial brands but they did create a great recipe.

Edit: ^ read comments. For some reason i do not care for Sriracha at all. I will use it but i just don't like the flavor very much. Also it is not hot at all (srs)

Maybe on eggs and/or breakfast stuff, even then Tapatio>Tabasco for that.

The GOAT is Yucateco tho. Any of their habanero sauces.

It's fukken expensive compared to other hot sauces. They brand it like if I'm johnny walker blue.

I like Frank's Red Hot sauce, Sriracha, and Tapatio. I'll try Tabasco soon.

Yeah Sriracha doesn't feel hot at all for me, but I do like the flavor on some items. You hit it with tabasco though. I will tire of it after using it so much, but then after I take a break I always come back to it srs. Just stands the test of time.

I have a soft spot for El Yucateco hot sauces srs. My problem with them is that I use the entire bottle so fkn fast. Its so fukin good.

This is my go to bulk hot sauce for beef

I like tobasco in jambalaya/gumbo and clam chowder.

This for eggs (of course I switch it up)

I still haven't tried secret aardvark which the misc recommended. I periodically by lots of other hot sauces too of course but those are the staples (and sriracha).

Actually this.

I've made habanero salsa many times-its fukking easy and amazing. Haven't tried a hot sauce yet, that's a challenge to get the pH to a point where it's shelf stable, yet not super freaking vinegary.

Last year I took my truck in for an inspection at the local shop (small town) and was talking to the owner and noticed there were about 15 pallets stacked with boxes of Tabasco. He told me a truck hauling Tabasco turned over on the highway that AM and they pulled it in. By law any spillage has to be thrown out, so the shop owner acquired a sh!t ton of Tobasco and was donating a lot of it to fundraisers etc.

Walked out of there with about 8 cases of. Each case has idk 16 bottles so I have a hundred plus bottles of Tabasco. This was right before Christmas so I used about a case for stocking stuffers
