Why are Gen Z/ Late Milleanials dudes such stuckup soys

They all sound like they have a stick up their ass dead srs. Constantly being passive-aggressive and usually respond like a sloot when they lose an argument.

No wonder boomers still rule the world and every job seat is taken by them despite being technically inept and with old boomer views. They could take a joke. Imagine working with a pretentious Zoomer, hiring them would be a pain in the ass.

Also have noticed that Millenial, Zoomer companies who preach on Friday lecture-meetings about ''why you should respect trannies'' skyrocket fast and go downhill equally fast. Boomer companies seem to be a mainstay.

Blame the parents. I made the comment in another thread that the trendy parenting strategy of the 90s was to be a friend instead of a parent. They were given anything they asked for and were given participation trophies even if they lost. Take that into adulthood and you have multiple generations who expect everything to fall in their lap without having to lift a finger.
