Criminal charges and a massive settlement at the very least. Articles say she was screaming at them from the back seat that the train was coming. All because she was a suspect in a road rage incident- unbelievable lol

This is the part I don't get. Their negligence is so gross that it may as well be per-meditated attempted murder. The trains horn was sounding a good 45 seconds before it hit, and they ignored it. If you've ever been anywhere near a train when the horn is blowing, its almost deafening. There's no way they didn't hear it.
