should i be avoiding everything with soy in it? (srs)

every since the whole soyboy thing started i've never eaten soy stuff, which sucks cause i love chinese food.

i also don't eat anything with soya lectin in

so yeah, does soy really decrease test?

You should avoid foods with soy, but also palm oil, rapeseed oil or any seed oil.


Olive oil, ghee, butter, coconut oil and avocado oil are the only oils you should consume.

Yeah I don’t eff with anything that has a high soy content. Doesn’t it increase estrogen production

The only soy I consume is occasional say sauce, chit is fuking good.

coconut oil is also a cheap saturated fat. what's wrong with that?

i'd rather eat tortilla chips that were made with palm oil vs cottonseed/soybean/corn/canola

Dietary soy isn’t going to meaningfully impact your physiology, especially if you’re only eating it sporadically. Sugar and saturated fats would be worse for your endocrine system without even having the added benefits of soy and phytoestrogens on joint health and general well-being.

Butter/ghee, duck fat and real olive oil is all you need
