i doubt he's being threatened. there's a history of the church being an extension of the russian government and propaganda. since religion is taken so seriously in many parts of russia, it's used to control the people.

The US has no reason to fight, other than to survive. Which is why they wouldn't dare enter any wars with real adversaries like Russia. Russia has religion to motivate their fighters, who was already fighting Ukraine months ago.

All the while Russia is in war in Ukraine.

I agree, was not a direct quote, but the priest is STILL saying that dying in military battle = washing away of all sins (eternal life).
