I need help with this chick of mine please. Desperate!

I’m no mr perfect. But man, if I loose my **** ever, she looses it 100 times worse. It don’t matter whose wrong, I have to stoop down or calm down and calm the situation. We never talk about what went wrong either. Wtf man? Why do I always have to be the one with the big boy mutherfuking pants?

I asked her why she put my brisket meat thermometer away without putting it back inside the box and man she fuking lost it says I’ve never respected her neither has my mother. Fuk, how did I disrespect her by asking her about the fuking meat thermometer? I’m at a loss. Someone needs to save me

I slammed the drawer where the thermometer was cuz I couldn’t tolerate the crap she gave me for asking her about the thermometer. I slammed and it came off the tracks. She came and she threw everything on the floor, trying to hit me a tad bit, crying, emotional. Said **** about me and my mother and how we have never respected her. (She’s not spoken to her in months). She cried asked me the get the fuk out of the house. Then she went and changed and took off in her car.

We are not teenagers. We are grown ass adults

Listen man what you did was immature and you lied to her. It's not about the thermometer; it's about her disrespect of your preferences.

You knew dawn well "why" she put it away without its box and it's because she does not respect your preferences.

An honest conversation would have been to say to her, "I feel pissed off that you put my thermometer away not in its box. I feel like you have no respect for my things."

It sounds like this relationship is unsalvageable and you need some serious self work before getting into a new one.

I'd advise you to practice some restraint and not feed into her emotional outbursts. Women are the emotional ones not us.

You need to put her in her place and let her know if she stops pleasing you she can be replaced. You can only do that from a position of power though. Doesn't work if you are a codependent little bitch surviving off her paycheck. You have to be lord of your own domain. Check out some red pill youtubers like better bachelor, alpha male strategies, coach greg adams. Those 3 give good advice without the constant grifting.

I'd also suggest listening to some stoic meditations or reading some stoic philosophy to learn how to control your own emotions and let things go that don't really matter.

Stoicism is not ignoring your emotions, but understanding them and where they come from, and riding them out like a ship at sea. If you ignore your emotions, you are like a rudderless ship getting battered this way and that with no understanding of why or what direction you are going in.

Crazy is a technical term and I don't think you are that.

YOU have some serious self work to do. You chose this woman as your partner and part of this is understanding why. She reflects you.
If you are a couple I suppose it does involve both of you, but you have to understand that she is only part of the problem. You could have chosen anyone.

You can let this chit stay under the carpet for now, but you are going to end up very miserable.

If you want to stay happy as a couple, I think you will have to choose to change YOURSELF and offer her the chance to come on your journey with you.
You can't change her; she has to make the choice to change for herself.

I used to be curious about the old guys at casinos with the younger Asian wives that don’t speak one word of English.
