In 1989, this Army Ranger bought a home for $10,000 in Tacoma, Washington

Unfortuntely, the home was in gangland territory.

So him and a few of his Ranger buddies got some weapons to the house.

A group of Crips went to the house and started shooting but the Rangers started shooting back.

Amazingly, only 1 Crip member went to the hospital. No one else got hit.

Just because of that one incident that area of Tacoma, Washington is virtually gang free now and is actually an affluent area now.

I'm a fiend for high ticket sales. You only need to sell 10 high ticket items a day to make $10k/day CEO. High ticket lifestyle is my lifestyle. Sales funnels, conversions, nurturing relationships, cold calls, authority, attention & action is what i live, dream & breathe. Fuark I love landing high ticket sales clients. You gotta be a closer, always closing. Closing in my toilet, closing in the gym, closing in the cafe, closing while I'm closing just to close. Closing closers who think the are closing me but I'm actually closing them.
