Everypiece of organic food you consume has mRNA and DNA in it. It's the language of life. It's in everything. Every tomato, broccoli, carrot, fish, steak, chicken breast, ordinary milk, peanut butter etc has nucleotides in it.

And naked mRNA is an extremely volatile compound. It will be broken down very quickly within the body and the chances of it having an adverse effect are basically zero. That mRNA is literally useless unless it can to the ribosomes of a cell for translation into protein.

If it stays at the injection site, how did it get in the breastmilk?

If it is so unstable, how did it make it all the way to the milk glands, into the breast and remain intact enough to detect in the milk?

When they say that, they mean "in appreciable quantities". Anything you inject is going to spread trace amounts to things like breast milk. This was actually known and investigated, as can be seen here:

Women probably ought to be more concerned about some of the stuff they eat and drink being transferred to a kid. Specifically, the women who consume drugs and alcohol. Trace amounts of mRNA aren't going to do anything. They were more concerned, rightfully, about stuff like polythylene glycol being in the milk. But the quantities were low enough to not matter.

As Bodhy said, there is mRNA in everything you eat. You consume cells for nourishment. Destroying mRNA is not a new game for your GI tract.

It's important for people to understand dosage here. Dosage is what matters. Breast milk has all kinds of crap in it that would kill you at higher doses. The mere presence of something in trace quantities isn't enough to hurt you. There are trace amounts of uranium in natural breast milk, for example.
