Anyone else almost never get sick?

For me its like once every few years, and its not that bad, still able to workout and chit.
Feel like i got sick more often before I started lifting, drinking alcohol, and eating non chit foods.

Like once a year at most, stuffed and runny nose, when talking about adult life.

I credit it to eating generally healthy and working out.

Yeah, I was talking to my gf about this last night. I'm 45 and I've probably been sick less than 10 times my entire life. Been through stretches of a decade w/o getting sick.

Not exactly true. I was a Memphis police officer for 15 years and got sick maybe 3 times in that time and was around poor people all day. (citizens, not the officers lol)

It's pretty rare.

Ironically, all my coworkers spent years insulting me by calling me a weird rightwing CT nutter because I once told them I made a point of consistently stacking vitamin D, zinc, and a multi during the times covid got real bad. They'd howl with laughter while saying chit like "lol where'ja see that, FAWX NEWS!?!?! AHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHHHAHAHAHHAHA, omfg I'm the most hilarious and original comedian OF ALL TIME!! hhahhahhahahahhahahHahahha!!!!! Vitamins ain't gonna help keep you safe from a virus ya dumb fukkk! Hahahha!!!"

Meanwhile, of our direct work group there, everyone has had the covid train ran up their anguses except for me and two ladies who work there, who coincidentally never gave me chit for it. Now that they look like complete fukkking retards for all the chit they gave me for it back then, they shifted the goal posts to "Psh whatever. You probably got it and were asymptomatic." At that point I was just like "yep, okay. Whatever, you win".

I’ve had the flu once and if I’ve ever been sick I didn’t know about it. My hangovers are pretty severe though so nothing compares to those

Observing the average persons choices of what they take into their body really tells a lot. Looking at my coworkers, they sleep bad every night, eat a lot of processed and unhealthy food, drink a lot of soda, lots of energy drinks, alcohol on the regular, don't take any vitamin D or other supplements, don't drink a lot of water, etc. It's no wonder so many people are on different meds or are getting "weird illnesses", or whatever.

Vax and boosters were the nails in the coffin
