How do you 'cope' with splitting up with someone?
The thought/reality of never interacting with them ever again, almost as if they were now dead.
What's your line of thought with it? How do you personally deal with that? Someone who you had/have deep feelings for now gone forever

It's sad but you have to learn to be at peace with the end of the relationship, reflect from it, and grow from it.
It may take some forgiveness on your end but also forgiving them for what transpired.
It takes time though bro. I'm a little over two months past my break up. Was in a long term relationship and I still care about her but ultimately we weren't right for each other.

I'll never understand how someone can go from being your world for years, sharing every experience in life to absolutely no contact at all.

Breakups are always a good thing.
Good for the people who want to leave because they're being honest with themselves
Good for the people who are getting left because they aren't being lied to anymore.
Everyone gets dealt a new hand for potential, and potential is among the most valuable resources you can have.

I guess this depends. Was I the one doing the breaking up or was I caught blindsided?
Either way I always go NC until I don't have anymore confusing mixed feelings for them.
