Fuk misc might get written up at my job

so at my retail job we had this new cashier. she looks like a chubbier version of selena gomez but with those fake nails and eats hot cheetos. I tried talking to her but she is always on her phone or has airpods in. Then in the breaking room i was shoulder surfing her phone and see her on tik tok looking at tatted up brahs so i figured she likes bad boys. I walked over and said “sup girl tryna let me hit in the cleaning closet”. she then got angry and started cussing me out in spanish and the supervisor came. He told me to leave the room as he talked to the sloot. I already got in trouble one time when we were all in the break room and there was this one homo brah in there and he was like why am i so quite and asked what i was, i know he meant ethnicity but i said “im straight” with a smirk and the warehouse brahs started dying laughing. he then said “dont be rude” and walked out, later that day one of the managers had a talk with me about homo discrimination and how it was not tolerated at the company.

This is the new norm for workplace environments, I've seen it happen to allot of my bros.

We all grew up in the last generation where people actually had to socialize and not stare at screens all day.

Kids at school in my gen talked chit/there were bullies/people got in fights/beat up etc.

Its not like that anymore in schools etc or anywhere else causing people to go full soy mode.

The zoomer generation has made me reduce the number of words I say at work from thousands a day to hundreds a day (srs). In addition I wont allow women in my office with a closed door and I wont have one on one meetings with women because of the zoomer generation. Every meeting I have is either recorded or a third party attends.

...and I've never been one to say anything inappropriate at work or act unprofessionally. I've just seen too many people get fired for saying generic things. My best friend at another company got fired for saying "calling a spade, a spade". That is somehow racist and when he asked HR to explain how it was racist, they couldnt but that didnt stop them for firing him. I had another friend that got fired for telling a zoomer female she was being aggressive and it made him uncomfortable. She went to HR and told them she felt it was "mansplanning" and "sexist'. Apparently only women can make claims that someone is making them feel uncomfortable and be held accountable.

I've NOPED out of corporate culture....and no I wont attend any company function that has alcohol.

6 months ago I almost got ousted . Guy I was training brought in a drill from Canadian Tire .
I told him there is no place for master crap here , and give it to your girlfriend for Valentine’s Day or something.
His mouth dropped like he’d been told his mom passed away . Anyways the sloot in the planning department was sitting with us ,and put in a complaint to management that I was too toxic to be around lol.
I also call this guy stoops on occasion when he fuks up, so that was also part of it .
Most embarrassing fking thing I’ve ever been threw . I has no idea when I got called in that besides my manager ,that there were people from upper management and HR on a zoom call with us.
I fking near just packed my tools and walked . Hard to put up with these over touchy feels liberal cucks.
The guy on the zoom call was so butt hurt that he was actually wiping away tears , and I’m not making this up.
I thought I must be the only one here that’s not stoned out of my fking mind

You can get written up for literally anything now. At workplaces now you have to walk on egg shells so you don't offend people because everyone complains to management and HR now about stuff they hear/see at work. Get a few complaints and you're written up.

I got my lunch pushed back because some lady at work told on me that she saw me going to lunch later than everyone else. Not once but twice. There were no rules against it until she complained srs.

I had a guy go to HR once on me because he was complaining and I said “do you want some cheese to go with that whine”. The HR person asked if I said that and I said yeah. I asked the HR guy if he really thought that was worth wasting everyone’s time over. He said he had to follow the procedures regardless. I could tell he knew it was stupid but was just doing his job. I just avoided that guy from then on. When my boss asked why i was so quiet and didn’t speak up in meetings I told him that the environment was no longer conducive to conversations and innovation due to people being too touchy and I didn’t want to get in trouble.
