Rentcel Prob: Property Mgmt trying to charge $150 fee...Wat do?
I'm starting my third year leasing a property. This new property management company is charging $150 to put a new resident on the lease in place of one leaving AT THE END OF THE FKN LEASE.
Let me reiterate, 3 of us just completed a full lease term together with one leaving and 2 of us staying.
Mind you:
-
-The new guy already paid a $50 rental application fee.
-I'm the one who went to the trouble of finding and vetting the guy.
Wat do?

Buy the property so you collect the $150 you have to pay.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
