anyone here swim regularly?
i have a lot of stiffness/tightness etc in my body, particularly hips, neck and back.
doing yoga. but swimming felt good the other day.
any of you dudes swim regularly?
bonus question : what do you think about this idea that chlorine in water affect testosterone levels??

Just buy your own pool outside your house and use salt instead of chlorine
