Idk I train daily but half the time I’m in and out in 15-25 minutes with half the time being my warm up rofl.

But I don’t really see the need for more volume past maintenance at this point. Too much work, too little return and I get huge returns off half assing to maintain while barely putting in any effort. Plus seasonal sports tire me out too much.

3 is ok....but 4 or 6 sounds rather decent (considering you will be working out less in every session compared to a 3 day routine).

Day 1: Chest, Triceps

Day 2: Biceps, Back, Traps

Day 3: Shoulders, Legs, Forearms, Abs.

Day 4,5,6 repeat Day 1,2,3 respectively......

Day 7: Rest and drink alcohol.....

I’m not dissing lifting, And I’m obviously trolling a little

But the point is 3 days realistically is gonna get you your best bang for buck and it’s very easily maintable. At some point 5 days may start to feel excessive. Especially if you work a lot of hours or have kids etc

Gymcel checking in. Haven't trained less than 4 days a week in almost 20 years, aside from vacation and illness.

Strong this. Anyone that actually works out for real doesn't want to do cardio after blasting legs. (Ded fkn Srs)

Been considering doing this approach lately. 6x/week but just like 1-2 compounds and 1-3 isolations per workout.
