Only 43% of Americans pay Federal Income Tax
https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2022/03/25/...021-study.html
Seems pretty messed up that those who don’t pay anything can vote to continue to take from those who do pay.
It’s time that the US change to a national sales tax.

While I agree that the parasites of society shouldn't be voting to spend other people's money, this study was for COVID relief you ****ing neanderthal. ConfirmationBiasMAXXING. Go jack off to Ben Shapiro wearing a wig you ****g0t.

People that don't pay taxes shouldn't be able to vote in US elections. People that leach off of the government for housing/money shouldn't be able to vote either.
If you really think about it. Its kind of ludicrous to give these people a chance to voice their opinion/have a say in how a city/county/state/nation is run.

No taxation without representation so you shouldn't be getting representation if you aren't paying taxation. srs. I think that if you are not paying a net positive in taxes, you shouldn't be voting. Conflict of interest. This would probably take away from most voters as even a lot of people who pay taxes, they "get back" more than what they pay in. The only check you should get from the government should be the difference between what you actually had to pay vs. the what they took out which they call a "refund".

Fuking around with income taxes is how politicians get a lot of their pet projects and wishes done and manipulate markets. I wouldn't hold my breath. Just as inflation functionally acts like a tax on most of the population, inflation is how the elites and banks deflate their debt.

They’ll always vote for the person who will continue the gravy train at the expense of those who are paying taxes.

Oh we’re going to increase taxes by 3% to fund building these bike lanes. Oh it just so happens that the architectural, and asphalt companies had owners who made large campaign donations and foundation contributions. Oh the oversight “non-profit” organization just so happens to be ran by campaign donors, who issue kickbacks to the politicians foundation.
Those bike lanes could be built with a 0.02% tax increase, but add in all the grift and it’s inflated up to 3%.

Think about this for a second. You can be a self made millionaire businessman who employees hundreds of other people. Providing jobs, insurance/benefits, and be a massive asset to society.
And your voice/opinion in elections is at the same level as a homeless heroin addict or mentally retarded person.
Precisely why we should have some basic guidelines for who can actually vote/have a say in how society is run. There is a reason the US is incredibly ****ed up.
