Etc.
Your own recipe.

My personal favorite is the pearl milling company original pancake mix. the mix makes the perfect not too thin/ not too thick pancakes.

I used to make a pretty sickening pancake mix during cuts made up of buckwheat, baking soda/powder, an egg, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, cocoa powder, banana, and topped with either peanut butter or low calorie maple syrup. I'd have that for dinner with grilled marinated chicken breast and greens. Nice way to keep sane especially when you approach the ass end of an intense cutting cycle.

I don't think I could pick a stand out from the store mixes for taste. I've had Krusteez, Bisquick, and Kodiak and thought they were all pretty good. Kodiak was my preference for protein. My absolute favorite is my homemade sourdough:

1 cup sourdough start
1 egg
1 - 13 Oz. Can evaporated milk
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp sugar

Beat egg oil and milk. Add mixed dry ingredients.

I usually get Bisquick, but that Kodiak stuff looks really good. Also I mainly use it to make dumplings in my beef stew. I love buttery pancakes, but I don't make them that often. Next time I make pancakes, I want to make Japanese souffle pancakes. Basically sperate egg whites from yoke. Prep the batter as regular with yoke. Whip the egg white to floofy and fold in the batter to it.

Google a recipe you cretin. It's not difficult and doesn't even take much longer than mixing your powder.

You have to literally be retarded to need a pre made pancake mix.

I've had dry and bad textured pancakes before (at a diner), so i am wary of recipes.

My mom used to drone on and on about how amazing of a fukking mother she was for making us home made buttermilk pancakes instead of mix.

Than I grew up and realized it was less than 2 minutes of extra work to the whole process, and realized she shoulda stuck with the whole “I carried you inside me for 9months” angle.

Fukking martyring herself over mixing a couple of dry ingredients together.

Oh no the horror of washing a few tablespoons and 1/4c scoops.

Strong this. Plus they're hearty and the texture is amazing. One I discovered these, all other pancakes taste like sh!t. (Ded fkn Srs)
