Wtf do recruitment consultants even do?
Like srs, pretty sure their 10% commission literally boils down to just forwarding your CV to a bunch of places, catching a particular role, then like a 10 min catch up call with both parties after an interview to determine how it went

Fair question although job hunting is definitely easier going through a recruiter. They just email me asking if i’m interested in X position, help setup the meetings, assust in negotiating salary.
One recruiter legit changed my resume though without me knowing so that bothered me.
