Benched 275x8 last night (PR) (FEELS GOOD MAN)

Misc lifting thread for once. Im just happy, currently at the strongest ive ever been in my life, probably around 20% bf TBH but carrying the weight quite nicely. Started a cut yesterday so strenght wont likely keep going up.

May try 315x2 on saturday/sunday.

I’m not doing that well srs

I want to hit a 5 plate high bar ATG squat before I’m an oldcel and have no chance to do it

Then a couple days ago I threw my back out
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

None other than balls size, and i havent really checked my sperm count in a while, but i suspect is not perfect due to my body not making its own test. All of those are easily reversible.

Around 1500. Yeah i guess thats a little bit more than natty optimal levels.

How old are you? Its a no-brainer IMO, but take what i say with a grain of salt. Always do your extensive research with things like this.
38. I checked my T 2 years ago or so i think it was 400 something. But i got everything that accompanies low T (gut, hard to put on size, low energy, low libido, etc...). I want to do it through a reputable place and be monitored on regular basis so nothing gets out of hand.
