I was driving home the other night in my neighborhood going a little under 20mph. A woman was walking a muscular pitbull in the other lane. As i got close, the dog for no reason dashed in front of my car and pulled her along with him. I had to legit slam on my brakes so I didnt hit them. This was my first IRL encounter with this POS breed.
