3x10 of 225 has been my bench routine lately.

I used to think it was normal that anyone who goes to the gym could easily be benching 225.

I've noticed some of the biggest guys in the gym tend to just do light weight and high reps. Wouldn't be surprised if the majority of them lack strength. Reminds me of Spongebob when he gets fake blow up arms and can't lift anything.

Yea kinda mind blowing. Maybe some people just don't have good enough genetic to even bench 225 lb? I don't know.

heavy benching is rough on the shoulders. If you are there to look good, 1-3rming makes 0 sense. Same with DL

If you can’t hit flat 225 in your first year of lifting you’re doing something wrong

I incline that for sets of 12 and I have full visible abs

Your voice sounds like you'd struggle with 115 lb on bench. Am I correct in my observation?

You either train like a bitch, your diet is chit or your not consistent, or it’s all 3

225 is baby weight. You don’t even need to program for 225

Flat db bench > bench

Incline and decline are what I use mainly then finish with some flys
