Fastest you've driven in a land vehicle

What vehicle and how fast were you going? You must have been the one actually driving for it to count.

For me; I got to 100mph+ in a Peugeot 206 1.4 litre. Slow as phuck in the scale of things, but it is what it is.

We had a hire car Darwin to Alice Springs and at one point 180kph which is 110mph. It was legal to do that but still felt dangerous and didn't do it long. Not even a divided road.

I had the pedal to the metal on the autobahn in Germany, chit ass car we rented got just a bit over 160 km per hr and that was going down hill. I've gone faster on the expressway home in Chicago, but only a little, maybe 110 mph.

Thread reminded of this video i saw recently, this blacked out Hellcat had outrun and ghosted police a few times. This cop had a police car that could keep up this time, the speed are insane like always 150mph+

I bet you cant guess how the driver looks at the end…

About 125 in my 98 ES300. Was still pulling but had to get out if it.

Haven't tested my GS430.


Honestly it's not worth going fast in a slow car. Cops WILL catch you. In a true fast car is when you should do runs

I was in a Toyota Celica going about 100 when a car went flying by me. Figured I'd try to match that speed to see what they were doing, got up to 127 MPH and the other dude was still creating separation between us and I finally decided to stop because I felt like my car really did not want to be going that fast lol. Not sure what he was going, maybe 135 is my guess.

Wouldn't ever get up that high again tbh.
