If you had to cut but were forced to eat all day, what do?

Not a realistic situation, as you'd just stick to macros, however-

thoughts on something you could eat/snack on all day that wouldnt destroy your diet 100%?

Real foods:
-Tuna
-Chicken

Snacks:
-Popcorn

Isnt it possible to easily over-do it even with complex carbs?

In this scenario I would do keto. The lack of carbohydrates will make it massively hard to store fat.

So I would snack on hard boiled eggs, steak tips, avocados, beef jerky etc.
I probably banged your mom.

Theres only so much low calorie high fibre food you can eat untill you dont want it anymore. You would most likly end up being very full and slightly bloated.

chances are most people will never go past 3500 cals worth of single ingrediant food a day.

Popcorn? Lol, sorry bro but no.

I would stick to foods that were:

a) lower calorie
b) did not spike insulin

Good luck trying to get your body to burn fat when insulin is high -- it's impossible, even on a caloric deficit, your body is unable to access fat to use as energy. So bye-bye to lean muscle broken down and converted into glucose to use for energy.

Plenty of foods to snack on that will not spike insulin and are low calorie, in fact many lower calorie options won't. Just avoid most non-fibrous carbohydrates and protein. Save the carbs to fuel your workouts and the protein to maintain muscle mass - eat those once, twice or maybe thrice daily to get them in and with your snacking, stick to celery, steamed broccoli, salads and chit like that. If you go keto, you can throw in a little healthy fats into the mix, but be damn careful about how many calories you're getting in daily.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Good call on the insulin levels to access fat storage.

Only of you eat too many. You can have just a few and the fat provides satiety. I lost over 100 lbs eating almonds and eggs all the time. And bacon.

Snacking on anything too much isn't good. The trick is how to quell hunger.

...

Just calculate the total amount of calories you want in the food before you. Split it up. And put things in Tupperware or zip lock bags. Keep them in a little cooler and at certain times or whenever hungry get one container out. Do that all day until your supply is finished and then you'll be done eating.
