Any self taught polyglots/bi-lingual brahs here have experience with italki?
Finally getting serious about trying to learn Spanish. I can understand better than I can speak, but don’t have anyone personally I can practice speaking to. Stumbled upon the italki app where you pay $5-15 USD per hour to either get taught, tutored, or just speak with people in different languages.
Interim goal for the first 6 months of 2023 is to try and get to B1 and be able to hold my own in a Spanish speaking city.
I use Duolingo and other verb bank type apps as a supplement but for me the biggest thing is actually speaking… anyone used italki before?
