Hockey player cancelled because of ANONYMOUS Tweet

Don't know if misc is aware of this, but a player on the Tampa Bay Lightning was called out in a tweet from an anonymous account accusing him of grooming her when she was a teenager. Nobody coming forward, nobody admitting it was them. Just nothing. Player has been suspended from the league and now has to fight for his professional life.

Over a phantom accusation by nobody. Literally the worst thing to happen to a guy because someone felt like it.

I would just ignore this. The guy right above me is correct. She waited 8 years to see if he would actually come back, and this is a last ditch effort.
