First day of boxing

Well boys I decided to sign up at a boxing gym and today was the first day.

I felt like a discombobulated retard. Suddenly feels bad that I yelled at kids coaching them baseball because they couldn't move the right way.

I'm going to be doing dry reps until I return tomorrow.

It's kind of fun and way more challenging than I thought. The extra cardio is really going mess up my meal planning though. I better up the intake.

Most adults don't even realize they can't throw a proper punch srs.

Like they literally don't have the coordination to transfer power from the ground to their fist.

It's like swinging a bat left handed when you are right handed.

Mainly it was foot work, throwing the hook and then using the hook in combination.

Then at the end I gassed out. The finish was rough. They threw in some ab work out at the end to finish.

I dead lifted and squatted heavy this morning not know I was going to sign up for this gym LOL.

Going back tomorrow for more.

I'm going to trying to get some muscle memory so I am not thinking so much. I'm going through the moves slowly shadow style, hopefully that will ingrain the movement.
