Eating lunch today and suddenly water starts pouring onto my head (ded fkn srs)

look up and see this (water continue to drip out)

there's tons of spots in my ceiling now that look like they may burst open as well.

wat do?

will I have to move? how do you even repair this.
called our maintenance bro and he took one look and rushed to the floor upstairs. hasnt come back yet.

4k a month rent btw.

I had the same issues at my old apartment. They had to break the whole ceiling in order to fix it.

Is there an apartment above you? The longer you leave it the worse it will get and will be more costly to repair.
