Why does smoking raise test?

Is something in the cig or is it psychological?

I read it's due to the effects of nicotine on the hormone glands and is particuar to women. While a guy it might boost his 10-13% it can boost a woman in both estrogen and test up 20-40% which will make her horny faster so that's why she smokes she pokes.
