In just two more weeks (PSA)

Onallmy investment properties.

Raising rent on plebs makes merockhard, in the same way ethering Katya's doomercel threads does.

This is a PSA - better start setting aside additional funds, plebs. You'll need it.

The only question here really is, howmuchshould I raise the rents?

I already provide such a valuable public service (even with these threads), so - I am inclined to be rather ruthless this year.

Landchads provide the valuable service they do to all sorts.

It is the rentcels stuck in an eternal conflict of their own design.

Just a reminder rentcels: your landlord is making a PROFIT from you, and when you move out you get nothing back. All that rent is gone.
