Why does my neck look big from certain angles but tiny in others (pics)

Meassured my neck and it's 15 inches at 5'8, I can do strict front neck curls with a 20kg/45lbs plate for 25 reps, I also have a harness to work the back but can only do 15kg/33lbs for around 15 reps.

With neck curls it's hard to progressive overload as it's awkward holding more than a plate.

The thing is I've been told I have a thick neck IRL but I've noticed in certain angles or clothes it looks like a fking pencil.

It fuks with my head because neckmaxxing is crucial for looking alpha, if you have a pencil neck no matter how jacked you are you look like a soyboy.

Man I just want a 17-18inch mogger neck brahs Inshallah.

When you tuck your chin in, it makes your neck look bigger. That's what you're doing in the first pic.

Reality is, you're a pencil necked phaqqot.

no other way to say this other than youre neck isnt thick
go harder and add heaps of trap work, imo trap thickness changes neck posture and also presses on the STM muscles flaring them

youre 100% right though, neck thiccness is top priority
