Why are AZNs still wearing masks?

I haven't seen a hongkongcel without a mask in years. They were even wearing them before covid. Are they trying to hide? Do they hate fresh air? Are they storing rice in there so they can snack all day?

Pandemics have been happening in Asia since early 2000 oughts (bird, swine, h1n1) and they probably travel because the exchange rate has always been great.
