What a dump of a town. Brb walk anywhere and it’s only vagrants and nut jobs walking around. Guys with rucksacks on. River walk? Cool like ten restaurants along a creek and a stupid boat ride with some clown narrating.
Alamo was awesome though 10/10.
Walked around the whole city and it legit felt like I was the only one in town. Like the only people on foot were homeless people.
Just another case where NYC proves itself as the GOAT city

For shopping and restaurants, check out the Shops at La Cantera and the Rim. That whole area is really nice. Boerne a little further north has a cool downtown area. If you just want to drive around and look at cool houses in an interesting landscape, Fair Oaks Ranch is around there and worth a look.
That's what I found in a week of exploring, other than the obvious stuff like the Missions and Riverwalk, and more generic stuff like SeaWorld and Six Flags.

I was staying with a friend in San Antonio once, who took me to a Spurs game and some bomb-azz Mexican chicken restaurant nearby afterwards. Can't remember the restaurant's name, but fuaaaark the chicken was GOAT. SA crew, throw some potential names out there for reps.

Agree on San Antonio. Absolute chit hole with nothing to offer. Grew up in NYC, now living in Austin. At least around here there’s Lake Travis and tons of parks/trails. SA is just ugly ass neighborhoods and industrial areas.

Was overall not impressed with San Antonio on a weekend visit I took a few years ago. Riverwalk is cool but feel like they could make it alot better with some upgrades.
Only plus of living there would be access to the pretty boy Airforce and Army combat medic twinks looking for D on their off time.

Brah I would hate living there. We go there maybe once every few years for the weekend, couldn't imagine living there. I would move outside the city if you are there for work. That whole city pretty much is terrible.

I hear the train a-comin', it's rolling 'round the bend
And I ain't seen the sunshine since I don't know when
I'm stuck in Folsom prison, and time keeps draggin' on
But that train keeps a-rollin' on down to San Antone
