havent ya heard about covid and rescission? govment made me live this way so they better pay. you got complaints about me?? im just following the law.... towards the guvment... you think i care? im settled in this paid for home. you took the risk to make good money 900/mth no friction right?? haha thats what you thought but money aint easy like that. now im living here and its way hard to kick me out legally without spending tons of cash... u mad ?

srsly tho, be wary of the eviction procedure in your city. Don't read the official facts. they will always try to scare you. so don't worry. In most places, you have a few months rn. In my place, I know for a fact it's MINIMUM 8 months. these propertycels are getting CUCKED

Not paying rent doesn't affect my credit. There are 0 consequences to not paying rent. You would have to be a retard to actually be evicted without a house lined up.

What the **** are you talking about? I have 2 former tenants in garnishment at the moment. The judge ruled all back rent and damages.


Was $112 for the eviction and $58 for the garnishment.
