when you rent you pay that anyways lol, I ALWAYS factor in costs to the renter, right down to the cost of a lightbulb if they need one.

He's a typical rentcel - doesn't understand that 'costs' includes everything from amount invested, loan amounts, property tax, building fees, etc. He proves his (low) social status through his posts, much like the rentcel copers do with their vapid threads.
