Bankchads asking for a downpayment to the little cuck homecels who thinks he owns the home but in reality he doesn't,

One late payment and the bak foreclose the home, keep the deposit and leave with the homecel's 5/10 ugly wife too.

Imagine not investing this downpayment to start a business, stocks , etc wow just IMAGINE LMAOOOOO

Foreclosing on a mortgage is probably more difficult than getting rid of a problem renter, you're looking at 6-12+ months for the process here in Canada

yeah its messed up. brb save all your life. brb put bout 35k down and agree yo make 1k payments monthly for 25 years. if you miss payment they can take your home. to them this is making it.
