Why are homecels so insecure ? (SRS)

If you are so rich, made a smart financial decision and are so sure of yourself, why reply in every thread making fun of you ?

Makes you guys look weak and insecure dead fk srs.

A bunch of them paid 40-50k over asking in a bidding war and are now trying to cope and delude themselves that "prices will never go down", "2008 was different", "demand will only go up"

well they think oh i can just rent out a room and make profit!

meanwhile i dump out in their toilet and dont flush. than i dont pay rent either. oh they gonna sue? see ya in the court system 10 months from now. meanwhile im still pooping in your toilet not flushing and not payin rent.

So homeowners should be betas and just ignore the lies being said? We can't help it that the rentcels need an education. If they didn't, they wouldn't be so angry all the time.

I seem to also remember the rentcels coming out of their dirty rented woodwork to reply to every "rent due" topic.

So nice try, but fail OP. Btw, rent is due in 8 days (hope that you didn't spend it all on gas, since you probably voted for Xiden).

Shhh... We shouldn't bother educating rentcels. We need them to perpetually pay the rent, so we can pay off our mortgage and purchase more rental properties.
