How do you get rid of bags under eyes?

Got them during a period of massive sleep deprivation in grad school, and 3 years later they're still around. How the fuk do you get rid of those things.

Honestly it's probably just genetic brah, if it's genuine bags might need to do some surgery ting, but if you just got dark circles that's good brah, can rock that brooding look that chix dig.

Youtube search Dr berg bags under eyes.

Berg is a questionable Keto and fasting nazi but he knows a lot and may give you good tips and info.

Other than that itโ€™s obvious: sleep more, get tested for obvious stuff like anemia on your bloodwork, eat better, stop eating crap, drink much more water, at least 3 litters daily. Reduce screen time. Use blue shield glasses when using phone or computer. Just use common sense. No drugs, no alcohol etc.

Sleep and retinol for sure. I get them from time to time due to genetics. Both my parents have them!

Also diet helps. Not getting too much sodium in my diet and drinking an ample amount of water.
