I keep getting contacted by hiring managers/ recruiters for jobs, then when I reply and express interest they ghost me srs

They reach out to me, say I think you would be a good fit for this role or would like to schedule a quick chat to speak with you about this


I usually just say yes I'm interested, would love to speak with you re: this opportunity, give them some contact info or my availability then they go ghost
