At-home tests for tendon health/related metrics
Anybody know anything about this? I have a bunch of tendonitises and am wondering if I have some deficiency/issue that's making me prone to these issues. I was previously tested for a bunch of arthritis-type diseases but it seems nothing came up (had a few suggestive results but wasn't able to confirm anything). I have had plenty of general tests (nutrients, blood levels, etc.) as well.
I'm curious to hear if bodybuilders/other athletes have any tests they use to assess the body's systemic preparedness for tendon health.

Learned this one at physical therapy a few years ago. Take your hand, be it left or right, and articulate all of the fingers. Once every finger has proven full range of motion, begin to close them together. This will form an almost ball like shape between your bent fingers and palm. Now take that fist and insert it into your ass until your desired results are met.
