There's probably tons of technically better chefs out there but this is a great channel/resource for the average person looking for some fairly easy meals and some very useful tips and info on cooking techniques.

I am culturally biased but I watch a Greek Chef named Akis Petretzikis. He makes all kinds of food but he helps me in the kitchen because he has videos in Greek too. He also does food tours around Greece which makes me home sick but the videos are awesome.
The majority of the videos are in english. Watch them and try not to get hungry.

Used to watch Binging with Babish, but then he got all snooty and high-brow. Used to be good, fun, relatable... not so much now that he's YT successful.
Sam the Cooking Guy is one of my go-to channels now.

Jacques Pepin.
Old french guy can literally cook anything you can imagine from simple to gourmet. Been around for years. He uses simple ingredients you probably already have and it only tales a couple minutes.
Great stuff.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Gordon Ramsay
chef Jon Kung
Susur Lee
Ethan Chlebowski

I'll post more if I think of them. A lot of times though I also just type in what I'm thinking of wanting to do and search through videos to find ideas. Like last week I wanted to do beef with a red wine sauce and I found a video of an old famous French chef on how to make it. Was amazing.
