Best way to mix boxing with weights?

I am finding it hard to mix boxing training with weights as for example after a good boxing sessions my shoulders are sore and I find it harder to perform certain excercises.

I'm looking to just maintain my physique and strength while I box

I always do cardio after lifting so I'm not exhausted when lifting heavy weights, as it could limit my potential or lead to injury.

Would recommend training with weights first before doing your boxing routine. Lifting involves a bit of cardio so it's good warmup too.
