Literally everyone has a gut now (SRS)
Everytime I go out, whether to work, the shops, a restaurant, whatever it is, everywhere I look I see people with massive guts sticking out of their shirt.
Even skinny guys with narrow shoulders and thin arms and legs have this bowling ball gut on an otherwise skinny body.
When did everyone get so bloated? It’s literally MOST people. I can’t fathom walking out of my house looking like a pregnant man.

Hard out here with all this delicious food + alcohol + sedentary lifestyle.
If I wasn’t in the military and forced to have a active lifestyle sometimes I wonder if i would end up like most of my peers in the same age group.

C19. Sitting around inside. Ordering DoorDash. Gyms closed. Rinse, repeat.
You really think the general population would have the discipline to find ways to exercise at home?
Better think again, Ted.

I just train now for low bf and leanness while keeping or adding as much muscle Mass as I can.
Ps. Not natty if 300 test a week is considered gear.

According to research done by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, it is estimated that around 40% of Americans are considered obese, and 18% are considered severely obese as of 2019. Severe obesity is defined as a BMI over 35 in the study. Their projections say that about half of the US population (48.9%) will be considered obese and nearly 1 in 4 (24.2%) will be considered severely obese by 2030.[18][19]
I mean it's a pretty big chance you'll meet fatties whenever you go out. More kids than adults are chubby most likely.

Maybe they're doing something to the food? I get a gut way easier now than I did even a year or two ago. Thought it was odd, so just increased cardio and started fasting more.

We've entered the age of mass consoomerism
People are spending more money than ever by far
People are ordering fast food right to their door..
Those Starbuck's drinks are 600+ calories alone
When you're going over your TDEE daily for months on end.. the pounds will start packing on slowly, especially as a 5'4 female

Well we used to call it a beer belly but maybe fast casual food and the sedentary lifestyle has something to do with it.

Fat is accepted more now and even encouraged practically. Considering the depopulation that is occurring worldwide you can tell it’s what elites want. They want you to be fat, gay or diseased so we shrink the world’s population.

As someone that joined a long time ago, the gym or a sport has to be a passion in order to do it for over 20 years.
YOU MUST love this stuff to keep going and every person that i either trained with or did fitness things with gave it up.
a big belly and a shtty diet are byproducts of that lifestyle, just saying.

It's the glyphosate
It's a potent endocrine disruptor
The change in everything on this front happened from 1996 on and is due to glyphosate poisoning of the food supply which affects all Americans and those of many other countries where glyphosate is not banned
'Roundup-ready crops' were first introduced in 1996 and rapidly grew to dominate our food supply in just a few years
Many countries do not allow glyphosate into their food supply and are not having the obesity epidemic or decreased testosterone or increase of certain types of related cancers and their people are staying thin and low fat just like they were pre-mid 1990's
On the other hand all countries which use glyphosate on their crops are having the obesity epidemic, lower T levels, reduced birth rates, increase certain types of cancers, and much more

I literally cannot be fat unless I force feed and make myself fat. My body is an incinerator. I literally stopped working out completely for a year and lost 20lbs and got shredded. My quads are basically feathered. I have a six pack and still look like I lift.
God has graced me with athletic genes of great Titan's of the past and I am thankful I don't have to worry about ever being a bloatlord or fatcel.
