Stream of conscious communication

What's your thoughts when people spew their thoughts without thinking?

Or when two people do this in a conversation with neither of them taking time to think about what the other person is saying

Common element of a lot of annoying dynamics. Seems like a counterculture / troll strategy of scavenging

I was with the children and I’d taken Beatrice to a Pizza Express in Woking for a party at I suppose four or five in the afternoon. And then because the Duchess was away, we have a simple rule in the family that when one is away the other is there. I was on terminal leave at the time from the Royal Navy so therefore I was at home
