A typical cloud is made up of water droplets and ice crystals. This cloud composition usually varies with altitude and ******t conditions such as temperature and pressure. The high-level clouds such as cirrus, cirrostratus, and cirrocumulus are mostly made of ice crystals while low-level clouds such as cumulus, stratus are composed of water droplets.
This makes no sense, floating ice and water? Something doesn't add up.

Actually the cloudless air around you is full of water molecules, floating, in the air, of which they are a constituent of.

I wonder if there's an experiment where we can levitate gallons of water thousands of feet up and make it fall to earth
