Didn't get invited to a single Halloween party/event this year.

I'm 34 so I'm not sure why this bothers me.

Halloween is my favorite holiday though, the only one I celebrate to be honest...perhaps this is why.

Same but that's because all of my friends moved away or have babies now so dressing up and getting smashed isn't something they do for halloween anymore. Actually I could have went to one party at a house but it wasn't going to be a banger or anything and everyone was just going to get smashed. I just don't even feel like drinking anymore tbh (which I never do anyways besides socially sometimes).

I did get invited to go trick or treating Monday though.

If I was in my mid-late 20s I'd chance going to the bars solo but I'm far beyond that level of desperation now.

Yea always feels like a bummer each year when Halloween and New Years passes and I didn't wind up doing sh!t. So many people just married, or parents, or moved outta state. Also mid 30s.
