Last Friday Evening - View / Food / Beers
Friday evening was nice. Great view. Great food on the smoker. Relax on the porch with a few beers. Caught the kid getting tackled by the pupper.
Food was bacon weave around 1lb seasoned beef, 8oz cream cheese (we decided next time to cut it down to 4-6 oz but we like cream cheese so still really good), sautéed green peppers, onions & jalapenos, 4 slices provolone. Roll it up and tie with butcher string. Smoke at 225 for an hour and bump it up to 300 for another hour and half. hhhnnngggg.

Yea maybe a bit too much cream cheese but still prob good. Those days with the family enjoying time together is what it’s all about.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
Makes me feel eternal, all this Pain is an Illusion.
